Expereince the Perfect Kayak Tour for Beginners at Rye Beach

Head out onto the water and enjoy a tranquil paddle on the Long Island Sound with one of our experienced guides! Guided Kayak Tours that launch from our Rye Town Beach location are great for families, beginners, and large groups – our Rye kayak fleet consists of Recreational Sit-On-Top Kayaks in both Single and Double varieties. Sit-On-Top Kayaks are easy to get in and out of and easy to paddle while being incredibly stable and fun for everyone!

Depending on the conditions, we may paddle north along the beaches and jetties to enjoy views of Playland Amusement Park, home to one of the country’s oldest wooden roller coasters, as well as historic buildings in Rye Town Park, and the natural beauty of the Edith G. Read Natural Park and Wildlife Sanctuary. Or, we may paddle south, following the coastline and taking in stunning views of the Long Island Sound, getting up-close-and-personal with naturally beautiful and protected rock outcroppings, and finally, breathtaking views of New York City in the distance.
