Clients are entitled to a refund if they notify Hudson River Recreation with more than 48 hours notice. With less than 48 hours notice of cancellation, clients are entitled to a store credit or a rescheduled trip. If clients do not show up for their scheduled reservation or show up too late to participate, we will not offer a refund, store credit, or a rescheduled trip. This includes weather related closure initiated by Hudson River Recreation.

 

Hudson River Recreation reviews refund requests for extenuating circumstances that do not adhere to our cancellation/weather policy on a case-by-case basis. If these extenuating circumstances necessitate a refund request, please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible.
